Fees & Payment Terms
Fees are determined by agreement. Invoices are payable within 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
Liability
We are only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Any further liability, especially for indirect or consequential damages, is excluded as far as legally permissible.
